Prepare the marinade from all the ingredients, place the meat generously in a bowl or a deep plate (depending on the amount) in it, preferably leave it to steep overnight in the refrigerator. Really delicious, but be careful, it`s pretty hot, not for the faint of heart!
Then fry or grill the meat as usual.
Of course, you can also use any other meat that you like to eat, but I came up with this marinade for poultry, because the taste is a bit boring in nature.
