Instructions

  1. Heat honey, water, cinnamon and sugar in a pan or saucepan until the sugar is liquid. In the meantime, wash the fig, remove the stem and cut into eighths.
  2. Now add the fig pieces to the stock and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes until the stock turns slightly red, turning the fig pieces several times. Let the fig pieces and the stock cool down briefly and then serve with the natural yoghurt.
