Instructions

  1. Mix honey with water and heat until the honey has dissolved. Crush the peppercorns and simmer with the rest, without vodka and lemon zest, for about 15 minutes. Add the lemon and vodka and cover the grog for another 15 minutes. NOT COOK!!
  2. Then pour through a sieve.
  3. Serve in a grog or punch glass.
