Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Bring 4 liters of water with 4 tablespoons of salt to the boil, add the pasta. Cook according to the instructions on the package and drain in a sieve.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add onion and garlic cubes and 4 tablespoons of oil to the meat. Cover the saucepan and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the paprika strips, stir, cover.
  3. After about 3 minutes pour in the stock, add paprika, cumin, pepper and lemon juice. Stir and cover. Wash the chives and cut into rolls.
  4. Add 6 tablespoons of water, pasta, chives and salt to the meat. Stir everything well and let it stand for another 2 minutes, switched off. Possibly season again to taste.
  5. Serve hot.
