Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 400 g ribbon noodles
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 ml meat broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
- Salt and pepper, salt
- 6 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoon water
- 1 bunch chives

- Wash and clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Bring 4 liters of water with 4 tablespoons of salt to the boil, add the pasta. Cook according to the instructions on the package and drain in a sieve.
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add onion and garlic cubes and 4 tablespoons of oil to the meat. Cover the saucepan and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the paprika strips, stir, cover.
- After about 3 minutes pour in the stock, add paprika, cumin, pepper and lemon juice. Stir and cover. Wash the chives and cut into rolls.
- Add 6 tablespoons of water, pasta, chives and salt to the meat. Stir everything well and let it stand for another 2 minutes, switched off. Possibly season again to taste.
- Serve hot.
