Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 1 small chilli pepper (s), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoon pine nuts, chopped
- 3 slices cheese, finely chopped
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 0.5 ½ pack basil, rubbed
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 200 ml cream
- 60 ml broth
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- pepper

- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, mix with olive oil and keep warm.
- Stir the basil, chilli pepper, garlic, pine nuts, cheese, lemon juice and honey into the cream and add the broth. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens a little. Finally, season with pepper and fold into the pasta!
- Serve sprinkled with parmesan!
- If you don`t like it that hot, you can of course leave out the chilli.
