Baton – 4-6 slices
Champignons – 4-5 pcs.
Cheese – 50 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 clove
Dill and parsley greens – to taste
Mayonnaise – to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Butter – 30 g
How to make hot mushroom and cheese sandwiches (in the oven):
Then add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Stir and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
The mushrooms and onions are ready.
Combine the fried champignons with grated cheese, chopped herbs, and garlic, season with mayonnaise.
Mix.
Put the cheese and mushroom mass on the loaf slices and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Place sandwiches with mushrooms and cheese in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180-190 degrees. Bake the sandwiches in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
