- Puree the garlic, onions, spring onions and the hot African peppers in a blender very well. Heat the oil and add the mixed ingredients.
- Add tomato paste, mustard and vinegar and stir well. Crumble the stock cubes and add them. Let everything simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
- Stir regularly so that nothing burns. Please dose carefully, the sauce is spicy!
