Ingredients

  • 2 small onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 10 hot peppers, African, hot
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 3 small Can / s tomato paste, twice concentrated
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 stock cubes (fat stock)
  • 150 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Puree the garlic, onions, spring onions and the hot African peppers in a blender very well. Heat the oil and add the mixed ingredients.
  2. Add tomato paste, mustard and vinegar and stir well. Crumble the stock cubes and add them. Let everything simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
  3. Stir regularly so that nothing burns. Please dose carefully, the sauce is spicy!
