Hot Korean Sauce

I am sharing a recipe for a traditional Korean red pepper sauce. It turns out to be spicy, but very tasty! It works well as an addition to a side dish. Preparing quickly and easily!

Cook: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Hot red pepper – 175 Grams
  • Bell pepper – 175 Grams (red)
  • Garlic – 25 Grams
  • Coriander – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves. For hot chili peppers, cut off the tail, then cut into slices. Peel the bell pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into medium-sized slices.
  2. Grind the garlic and peppers in a meat grinder.
  3. Add salt and coriander. Stir.
  4. Spicy Korean sauce is ready!
