Korean Carrots Ingredients

  • Carrots – 1 kg
  • Garlic – 2 heads
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground red pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups

Korean Carrots Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and grate the carrots on a special Korean-style carrot grater.

  2. Add black ground pepper, red ground pepper, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic squeezed through garlic bowl.

  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Boil vegetable oil in a pan.
  5. Add hot oil and stir again.

  6. Fold the Korean-style carrots in a tray and serve.
