  • Carrots – 450 Grams
  • Beef – 1 Kilogram
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Green Onion Arrows – 6 Pieces
  • Tomato juice – 0.5 cups
  • Soy Sauce – 0.25 Cups
  • Sugar – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sesame oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Starch – 2 Teaspoons
  • Water – 2 Art. spoons

Korean Beef Instructions

  1. Cut the beef, carrots, onions and garlic into small pieces. Place them together in a pot.
  2. Combine tomato juice, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Pour this mixture over the meat in a pot. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Close the pot with a lid and place in the oven for 2 hours.

  4. Stir the starch well with water and add to the meat 20 minutes until tender. Prepare crumbly rice as a side dish. You can decorate the finished dish with a sprig of parsley.
