Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece (s) ginger
  • 75 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 500 g beef steak (s)
  • 150 g basmati rice
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the garlic and ginger.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, sugar, 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil, ginger and garlic into a marinade.
  3. Cut the meat into strips and place in the marinade.
  4. Boil rice with 300 ml of water and a pinch of salt.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Cut the spring onions into rings.
  6. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onions in it.
  7. Then fry the meat. If too much liquid builds up, pour off.
  8. Just before the meat is done roasting, the spring onions can be added.
  9. Finally sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
  10. When the rice is also ready, arrange everything.
