Hot Burger Sauce Made from Fresh Tomatoes

Instructions

Slightly cut the tomatoes in a cross shape and place in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes. Then peel the tomatoes. Chop the garlic and chilli pepper into small pieces.
Puree the tomatoes and briefly bring to the boil together with the garlic and chilli pepper in a small saucepan. Season with the herbs and salt and pepper. Depending on the type of tomato, maybe thicken the sauce with a little starch.
Simple sauce perfect for burgers or barbecues. Perfect to give the food the flavor it needs!
