Heat the milk with the lavender flowers in a saucepan and bring to the boil briefly. As soon as the mixture has simmered a little, drain the milk and use a sieve to catch the lavender flowers.
Put the milk back in the saucepan and stir in the chocolate. Then pour the hot chocolate milk into a glass, sprinkle with whipped cream and decorate with a few chocolate shavings and lavender flowers.
