Instructions

1. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and butter. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
2. Roll out a knife thick and cut out with a round mold. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
3. After it has cooled down, spread jam on each of the cookies and combine them with a second one.
4. Knead the marzipan and powdered sugar together and roll out thinly. Cut out again with round molds.
5. Brush the biscuits with jam again and put a cut out marzipan portion on each one.
6. Brush with chocolate icing and decorate with a walnut half.
