Ingredients
- 175 g flour
- 75 g cornstarch
- 65 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 165 g butter
- some apricot jam
- 200 g marzipan raw mixture
- 100 g powdered suar
- Cake icing, chocolate
- Walnuts (halves)

- Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and butter. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Roll out a knife thick and cut out with a round mold. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
- After it has cooled down, spread jam on each of the cookies and combine them with a second one.
- Knead the marzipan and powdered sugar together and roll out thinly. Cut out again with round molds.
- Brush the biscuits with jam again and put a cut out marzipan portion on each one.
- Brush with chocolate icing and decorate with a walnut half.
