Ingredients

For the dressing:

For the salad:

1 medium lettuce, e.g. lettuce, ice cream) or mixed lettuce
1 can tuna, in oil and / or strips turkey or ham
150 g cheese, diced Emmentaler
1 onion (s), red cut into rings
3 egg (s), boiled, quartered
1 can corn
0.5 ½ cucumber (s), sliced
3 tomato (s), quartered
2 tablespoon herbs, fresh mixed

Instructions

The dressing:
Mix the lemon juice, ketchup, tomato paste, Tabasco and the oil and stir with a whisk to a homogeneous mass. Then stir in the cream and yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
The salad:
Boil the eggs until hard, quench and let cool. Wash and clean the lettuce, pluck into bite-sized pieces and allow to dry. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into quarters. Also wash the 1/2 cucumber, peel and cut into thin slices. Dice the cheese, peel the red onion into thin rings, cut the turkey or cooked ham into fine strips and chop the herbs (e.g. parsley, chives, etc.). Drain the corn and tuna, peel and quarter the eggs.
The final:
Put the lettuce in a large, possibly deep, plate, serve with the corn, tuna, strips of ham / turkey, onion rings, cheese cubes, tomatoes, eggs, cucumber slices and tomato quarters, pour a few tablespoons of dressing on top and sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
Serve with toast or baguette.
