Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 egg (s), size M
- 165 g butter, soft
- 150 g chocolate, white
- 100 g pistachios, whole, unsalted
- 2 lime (s)
- 3 tablespoon rum
- milk
Moreover:
- some butter to grease the form
- Streusel, for spreading the form

- Grease the cake tin with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs if necessary.
- Mix the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar together.
- Mix the butter with the eggs until frothy. Stir in each egg individually for about 30 seconds.
- Rub the peel off the limes and add to the butter and egg mixture. Then squeeze the limes and set the juice aside.
- Chop the chocolate and pistachios.
- Now quickly mix the flour mixture into the egg mixture and add the lime juice and rum. If the dough is still too firm, add a little milk.
- Finally fold in the chopped pistachios and chocolate.
- Pour the dough into the prepared form and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 50 minutes.
