Instructions

  1. You can easily make the hummus yourself.
  2. Then spread the hummus generously in a bowl.
  3. Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes.
  4. You can rub the chicken breast with spices as needed. I chose the Shawarma spice. Then fry the chicken.
  5. Wash the zucchini and bell peppers, cut into slices or pieces and fry them too.
  6. Toast the pine nuts.
  7. Distribute all ingredients in the bowl. If necessary, you can serve lemon wedges, basil and toasted pita bread with it.
