- You can easily make the hummus yourself.
- Then spread the hummus generously in a bowl.
- Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes.
- You can rub the chicken breast with spices as needed. I chose the Shawarma spice. Then fry the chicken.
- Wash the zucchini and bell peppers, cut into slices or pieces and fry them too.
- Toast the pine nuts.
- Distribute all ingredients in the bowl. If necessary, you can serve lemon wedges, basil and toasted pita bread with it.
