Roughly peel the cucumber with a peeler (you can leave it green), then grate it into slices and place in a bowl. Cut the bell pepper into small strips, the chili peppers into very fine rings and add both. Peel, crush and add the garlic clove. Mix everything and season with 1 - 2 tablespoons of vinegar essence, salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Then chop and add fresh dill.
Arrange on plates and serve with a dollop of sour cream, which is then stirred on the plate.
Note: The ingredients can be varied according to taste. The mixture of hot, sweet and creamy in this cucumber salad is delicious.
