Cover a medium baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the sour cherries evenly on it.
Mix the eggs with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar for 5 minutes until very frothy. Then add milk, cream and salt. Sift the flour over it and mix well. Very carefully pour the batter onto the cherries.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes without convection.
