Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into rings and the aubergine into small cubes.
  2. First defrost the imperial vegetables in a hot pan and fry a little. Add the rest of the vegetables and fry them as well. Now prepare the sauce according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. As soon as the rice is ready, add to the vegetables and mix. Then pour the sauce over and mix in. Arrange on three plates.
