Instructions

  1. Quarter the cabbage, cut out the stalk, cut into 1/2 cm thick strips, wash and drain.
  2. Finely dice the bacon, drain it in oil, fry the chopped onions in it until golden, then add the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes while stirring. Fill up with 2 cups of water, add the potatoes cut into fine cubes and cook for approx. 30 minutes over low heat. Season sweet and sour with pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar.
  3. Tip: Tastes particularly good when warmed up.
