Instructions

  1. Let the raspberries thaw for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile mix the quark, yoghurt and sugar with the mixer. Add the raspberries and chop up with the hand blender, then stir again with the mixer until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. Almost tastes like ice cream.
