• 30 g lemon balm
• 3 teaspoons sugar
• 20 drops lemon juice
• 30 g almond (s), peeled or slivers
• 2 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
• 150 g strawberries
• 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

1. For the pesto, wash lemon balm, chop finely, weigh finely together with the almonds in a chopper and grind. Add sugar, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix everything, chill.
2. Portion the vanilla ice cream (1 scoop per person). Serve washed and cut strawberries, sweetened to taste with ice and sweet pesto, garnish with a sprig of lemon balm.
