Ingredients
- 30 g lemon balm
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 20 drops lemon juice
- 30 g almond (s), peeled or slivers
- 2 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

- For the pesto, wash lemon balm, chop finely, weigh finely together with the almonds in a chopper and grind. Add sugar, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix everything, chill.
- Portion the vanilla ice cream (1 scoop per person). Serve washed and cut strawberries, sweetened to taste with ice and sweet pesto, garnish with a sprig of lemon balm.
