Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato (s), cooked (approx. 400 g)
- 20 g protein powder
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 3 tablespoon agave syrup
- 2 tablespoon soy milk (soy drink) or other plant-based drink
- Chocolate, chopped or nuts, raisins, berries, sugar sprinkles, corn flakes

- Let the sweet potatoes cool, then dice them, put them in a freezer bag and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- Puree the frozen sweet potato pieces with all the other ingredients using the blender. If the mixture is too tough, dilute with vegetable milk. The ice cream can be served immediately, otherwise store it in the freezer again.
- With chopped chocolate, nuts, raisins, berries, sugar sprinkles, cornflakes or similar. garnish.
