- Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel the mango and remove the meat from the core and cut into cubes.
- Peel the cucumber or wash it well and also dice it.
- For the dressing, mix water, oil, lettuce, mustard and sugar (dose according to taste) with a whisk and pour over the salad.
- I usually add spring onions in rings and sprinkle croutons over the finished salad.
- Goes with everything as a side dish or simply as an evening meal.
