Instructions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, wash and drain.
  2. Whip the cream lightly creamy, not stiff. It should still be able to flow. Stir in the vanilla sugar and a little juice from the tangerines. Stir in lemon juice.
  3. Put the drained lettuce in a large bowl and pour the cream sauce over it. Spread the drained mandarins on the salad. Mix and season with sugar and possibly lemon juice and serve immediately.
