Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup cream
- 1 small can mandarine (s)
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 2 lemon (s), juice it
- sugar

- Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, wash and drain.
- Whip the cream lightly creamy, not stiff. It should still be able to flow. Stir in the vanilla sugar and a little juice from the tangerines. Stir in lemon juice.
- Put the drained lettuce in a large bowl and pour the cream sauce over it. Spread the drained mandarins on the salad. Mix and season with sugar and possibly lemon juice and serve immediately.
- Tip:
- If you want, you can fold in walnuts or pine nuts.
