Instructions

  1. Chicory fruit salad very tasty and not bitter!
  2. Halve the chicory and cut out the stalk in a wedge shape. Slice!
  3. Peel the oranges and cut into slices, core the apples with the skin and dice.
  4. Mix everything and add the juice of 1 lemon.
  5. Fold in the yogurt, add sweetener to taste and add a pinch of salt!
  6. Finally add the oil!
  7. Bon appetit, this is a good and healthy filler!
