Cut the vegetables into slices or strips and briefly blanch them in vegetable stock! Do not throw away the broth!
Fry the onion cut lengthways and the chopped garlic in the rapeseed oil and add the turnips.
Fry for about 3 minutes and then add the peppers. Fry another 2 minutes and finally add the zucchini slices with the spices for 2 minutes! Fry a total of 7 minutes no longer!
Put the whole thing in a baking dish and deglaze a little with the above vegetable stock!
Sprinkle with grated cheese / sheep`s cheese and cook in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
