- I prepare my dishes mostly with low fat content, the fat ingredients can be expanded at any time as you wish!
- With this recipe, a little more butter tastes very good for frying! It can, not a must!
- Free the leek sticks from dirt and remove the coarse greens.
- Briefly steam the stalks like asparagus in a little salted water with the lid on almost completely! Careful, boil over very quickly!
- In the steamer or in a Toppits steamer bag at 600 W - it can be prepared more gently in 3 minutes!
- The outer stem shell should be soft but not overcooked and the stalks should still be breadable.
- Turn in the egg beaten with a little water and salt and pepper and then in breadcrumbs.
- Put in hot fat, fry lightly brown all around and fry or cook slightly reduced!
- Tastes great as a vegetable side dish with meat, fish or just as a snack with bread!
