Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips!
  2. Dice the melon and marinate with the cinnamon sugar!
  3. Pour this marinade over the Chinese cabbage and fold in gently!
  4. Add the finely chopped mint with the lemon juice, a little salt and pepper and chilli! Let it steep for a short time, possibly chill a little!
  5. Before serving, add 1 (or 2) tablespoons of pumpkin seed or walnut oil and gently fold in everything!
  6. Scatter finely chopped walnuts or roasted pumpkin seeds on top.
  7. For WW - sugar free amount!
  8. 1 tablespoon oil - 3 p.
