Ingredients
- 1 Chinese cabbage (use the heart)
- 0.5 ½ melon (s), (watermelon) or 1/4, as required and size
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil, (pumpkin seed oil or nut oil) - not WW 2 oil
- 1 stalk mint
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon - sugar to tablespoon to taste!
- 1 pinch (s) chili powder
- Salt and pepper,
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, finely chopped or roasted pumpkin seeds

- Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips!
- Dice the melon and marinate with the cinnamon sugar!
- Pour this marinade over the Chinese cabbage and fold in gently!
- Add the finely chopped mint with the lemon juice, a little salt and pepper and chilli! Let it steep for a short time, possibly chill a little!
- Before serving, add 1 (or 2) tablespoons of pumpkin seed or walnut oil and gently fold in everything!
- Scatter finely chopped walnuts or roasted pumpkin seeds on top.
- For WW - sugar free amount!
- 1 tablespoon oil - 3 p.
- 1.5 p. Per person without nuts
- Pumpkin seeds 1 tablespoon - 1.5 p.
- 1 walnut 1 p.
