Greek Salad with Chinese Cabbage

If you’ve never tasted Greek Chinese cabbage salad, it’s high time to do it. Even if this is not quite a “traditional” recipe, the dish turns out to be very tasty, believe me!

Ingredients
- Feta – 200 Gram
- Peking cabbage – 300 grams
- Tomatoes – 4-5 Pieces
- Cucumbers – 2-3 Pieces
- Olives – 20-25 Pieces
- Onion – 1 Piece
- Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
- Olive oil – 5-6 Art. spoons
- Salt – To taste
- Ground black pepper – To taste
- Dried Oregano – To taste
- Sweet pepper – 1 Piece
Directions
- Chop Chinese cabbage with a knife – not too finely, strips about 0.5 centimeters wide are optimal. But this is a matter of taste, of course;).
- Wash cucumbers, dry and cut into “half moons”.
- Tomatoes – in wedges or slices. Not too small!
- Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into strips.
- Crush olives with the flat side of a knife and remove the seeds.
- Chop the onion into half rings.
- Cut the feta into cubes.
- Combine all ingredients. Season with lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt, pepper and oregano.
- Mix. Now you know how to make Greek Peking Cabbage Salad!
