Ingredients

  • 300 g red cabbae
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 dash rapeseed oil
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, fresh, finely weighed or grated
  • 80 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely slice or cut the red cabbage, let the oil warm up in a non-stick pan, pour in the cabbage and fry, turning frequently. In the meantime, mix the tomato paste, lemon, ginger, water and garlic granules into a smooth mixture.
  2. Turn down the temperature, pour the mixture over the cabbage, season with salt and pepper and close it halfway with a lid. Turn every now and then and fry to the desired firmness.
