Instructions

  1. Cook Brussels sprouts al dente in vegetable stock!
  2. In the meantime, cut 2 onions lengthways into strips and fry them lightly in olive oil!
  3. Pick the tuna, drizzle with lemon and place on the braised onions!
  4. Put salt and pepper from the mill on top and now the Brussels sprouts, cut in half, with the small party tomatoes, also cut in half, over the tuna!
  5. Now the milk with all the ingredients such as cheese, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce is also possible, whisk and pour on top!
  6. If you like, you can add a little tomato paste to the milk!
  7. And now in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes at 200 degrees!
  8. Check it out after 15 minutes!
  9. Tuna in its own juice doesn`t taste too fishy! I like it so much with Brussels sprouts!
  10. I can also imagine it with rice and pasta!
