Instructions
Peel and roughly chop the fresh ginger.
Bring the milk with the rock sugar and the spices to the boil, add the tea and cook for 1 minute while stirring. Then pass through a sieve and serve immediately.
Tip: refine with whipped cream or a dash of rum.
