Instructions
Slice the carrots (not too fine). Dice the onions and chop the mint. Put onions and mint with yogurt, mustard seeds, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Finally stir in the carrots. Chill for half an hour.
