Wash rice and soak in water for about 15 minutes, then drain well. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the cardamom and chilli for approx. 1 min. Now add the dill and the salt and fry everything again for approx. 2 minutes, then add the rice, fry this for 1 minute as well and add approx. 300 ml of water. Cook the rice until done, then stir in 1 teaspoon of ghee.
