  1. Chop the onion and fry in the sunflower oil in a pan until translucent. Mash the tofu with a fork and add with the water. Season with curry, salt, ginger, soy sauce, pepper and turmeric. Heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the chives. Serve warm.
