Instructions

  1. Fry the onion and rice in hot fat until light brown. Add tomato quarters and deglaze with the hot dissolved meat stock. Top up with the drained beans and cook for 20 minutes until cooked. Finally add the sausage slices and the finely chopped parsley. Serve hot.
