Cut the roulades into strips, halve the peppers, remove the stems and core, wash the pods and cut into strips. Briefly put the tomatoes in boiling water, rinse in cold water, peel them and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Peel the onions and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in portions. Put the fried meat strips in a saucepan. Add paprika, onions, tomatoes, soy sauce and whipped cream, season with curry, salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
