Instructions

  1. Boil rice, quench and let it cool down. Cut the chicken breast into small strips and fry. Chop the bananas and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the apple, bell pepper, pineapple and onion into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. For the dressing mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the rice-chicken-fruit mixture. Mix everything well and let it steep for at least an hour.
