Boil the potatoes in the skin for about 20 minutes, drain, let steam, peel and let cool.
Cut the potatoes and sausages into slices about 1 cm thick. The bacon slices are halved, alternately placed on skewers with the potato and sausage slices and sprinkled with pepper and salt. Then you brush the skewers with oil.
Cover the grill grate with aluminum foil and grill the skewers all around for 8-10 minutes until they are nice and crispy.
In addition, you can put pieces of garlic or onion rings in between, depending on your preference.
