Cut the turkey breast (WW = filling portion 3 p.) Into fine strips, marinate with sambal oelek and soy sauce.
In the meantime, wash the vegetables (I often use: red & yellow peppers, mung bean sprouts, zucchini, leek, cauliflower, broccoli or whatever else is there) and cut into fine strips.
Now fry the meat vigorously (I don`t add any additional oil, if you like, you can add it) and gradually add the vegetables (depending on the cooking time).
I like to season with sambal oelek and soy sauce, but if you like, you can also add a little vegetable stock.
