g puree potatoes (mashed potatoes), freshly prepared

tablespoon butter, melt

tablespoon flour
some butter, for frying
some flour, to roll out
a bit salt

Instructions
Stir the butter into the slightly cooled mashed potatoes, add the flour, salt and roll out about 1 cm thick on a floured surface. Cut into triangles and fry them in butter on a medium flame for 3 minutes on each side until golden yellow.
Serve with bacon and scrambled eggs.
