Ingredients
- 400 g puree potatoes (mashed potatoes), freshly prepared
- 1 tablespoon butter, melt
- 1 tablespoon flour
- some butter, for frying
- some flour, to roll out
- a bit salt

- Stir the butter into the slightly cooled mashed potatoes, add the flour, salt and roll out about 1 cm thick on a floured surface. Cut into triangles and fry them in butter on a medium flame for 3 minutes on each side until golden yellow.
- Serve with bacon and scrambled eggs.
